  1. The Fellowship will determine on a tri-yearly basis the make-up of its secretariat, the membership cost, and the activities of the Fellowship.
  2. Such decisions will be made in a transparent manner, with opportunity for comment and discussion by the members of the Fellowship.
  3. The Fellowship will meet yearly for a minimum three day retreat. All meetings will be held in a location that promotes peace and appreciation of God's creation.
  4. The Fellowship will attempt to assist its members, whose schools do not have the financial resources, to attend the Fellowship’s activities.
  5. The Fellowship will be a non political organisation where the members of the Fellowship can express their viewpoints in an environment of Christian love and as a group of men and women who seek to glorify God in the fulfilment of their responsibilities in their schools.
  6. The Fellowship will be one which is non-compulsory, where unity of spirit and purpose is the basis of its community rather than being required or expected to be involved.
  7. The Fellowship will be such that communication, community and care amongst its members functions continuously, intentionally and relationally through telephone calls, emails, other correspondence and visits to schools.
