- The Fellowship will determine on a tri-yearly basis the make-up of its secretariat, the membership cost, and the activities of the Fellowship.
- Such decisions will be made in a transparent manner, with opportunity for comment and discussion by the members of the Fellowship.
- The Fellowship will meet yearly for a minimum three day retreat. All meetings will be held in a location that promotes peace and appreciation of God's creation.
- The Fellowship will attempt to assist its members, whose schools do not have the financial resources, to attend the Fellowship’s activities.
- The Fellowship will be a non political organisation where the members of the Fellowship can express their viewpoints in an environment of Christian love and as a group of men and women who seek to glorify God in the fulfilment of their responsibilities in their schools.
- The Fellowship will be one which is non-compulsory, where unity of spirit and purpose is the basis of its community rather than being required or expected to be involved.
- The Fellowship will be such that communication, community and care amongst its members functions continuously, intentionally and relationally through telephone calls, emails, other correspondence and visits to schools.
